Shipping & Returns
The products are delivered by courier throughout the United States. On average, the value of shipping is $7. Orders over $50 benefit from free shipping. Orders will ship out within 2-3 business days. If there is ever a delay in your order you will be notified via email.
The return of a product(s) can be made within 7 days, this is calculated from the day you receive your package. Products accepted for return must be unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. To return a product please contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, If you received your order damaged, please include some photos. we will reply with in 24 hours. You will be reimbursed once we receive the returned product(s). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. You will be emailed instructions on how to return the product(s).
Final Sale products can not be returned those include: ALL Personalized products, items marked on sale, hair accessories, including: bows, hats, headbands, clips, etc.
If you wish to cancel your order or certain items in your order, or need to make a correction before your items are shipped, please contact us via e-mail: email@example.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your request and if you require reimbursement then you will receive it with the same means of payment as you used for the order. If your items have shipped already, please refer to our return policy.
After Shipping Issues
-IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
-The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
-Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
-Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
-If you select to have the package reshipped you will still need to pay shipping (again) on the package.
-If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
-Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account. To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.
